Well, after a fair amount of getting lost, I was finally able to find the Canon Service center and drop off my camera. They said I may need to drop off my lenses as well. Annoying. And my other camera won't be done being fixed until the end of the week, so I won't even have that one for our trip to DC. I'm stuck with my partially functional 10D. Great.

Canon Professional Services (USA) does not yet have a website, so finding the info on how to apply is difficult. SO, when I was at the Canon service center today, I just asked for the application. Here's the info needed to request the pdf application: HERE.
