My friend Ted has some work on display at Java Madness Coffee Shop. Java, located at 134 Salt Pond Road Wakefield, RI is open daily from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Visit them at javamadness.com.
If you have a minute please stop in to see what is hanging on the walls. Also look for two photo albums (on one of the tables) that contain a lot of my other favorite pictures shot over the last 20+ years. Mostly a “from or of the sea theme” with a twist! He has one wall set up with photos and paintings from some friends and local artists (Rob George, Kim Edge Ambler, Janice Causey, Bill Krull, AJ Reily, Chris Allen, Bob Johnson and many more) please look for this special display.

Ted says, "I am displaying these photos for a couple of reasons. I hope that you find a photo of mine that will make you smile. I also hope that you find a photo that will inspire you to break out your camera and find the subject, lighting and moment to take a photo that you will enlarge, frame and proudly hang. If you find some photo of mine that you like I will be glad to set you up with it."

Yeah its pretty cool. Ted was a commercial fisherman for a long time and shot this off Georges Bank (seen The Perfect Storm?) while out on a trip.
