Website update/overhaul. I'm trying to simplify and also improve how my images are displayed. Let me know how this looks/operates. Does the site work ok with a small monitor?

Thanks!

Yes, they look wonderful to me here on the mac notebook.

You have some really phenomenal work. Though you are extremely proficient in all the work you do, the not so commercial stuff is simply spectacular!

I want to be like that when my photography grows up. ;)

Thank you! I really DO prefer the non-commercial sort of stuff too and I guess it shows! :) What size screen do you have? I'm trying to figure out whether this will work on the whole spectrum - 15" and up (I'm assuming not TOO many folks are using anything smaller than 15", although I guess there maybe some.)

Thanks again!

I've got a 15" monitor on my iMac and I had to scroll to the right to see all of the text. Only 4 or 5 characters were cut off, but it was a bit annoying.

Good to know. I'd like it to be scroll-free, but I'm kinda limited with what I can do.... let's see what I can work out.

thanks!

nice!

i have a laptop w/ a small screen (12" ibook) and i have to scroll to see the link to the index on the bottom (is there a reason that's there?), but your e-mail address is viewable w/o scrolling, so that's good.

Thanks. I figured I'd be leaving the 12" users having to scroll, but I'm a bit limited with what I can do (using register.com's built in editor...) but the site is down to about 1000px wide, maybe slightly larger. I'm figuring that the majority of folks are using something 15" or so, so this size SHOULD be ok.

The link at the bottom? yeah. I'd like to get rid of it but I can't. I can change its name, but can't remove it - its a "feature" of the template that I've got to work with. At some point, I'll have a bigger budget for a website and I'll just turn the whole thing over to someone who actually knows what they're doing with this stuff!
