Home-made hot sauce. A blend of habanero, cayenne and tabasco peppers grown in my garden. Aged for a year before bottling.

I love hot sauce! Do you sell yours?

I don't sell it (I can't even give it away... nobody I know likes this stuff!) I also imagine there would be a fair amount of legal nonsense to go through in order to be able to sell a prepared food like this. And I don't know if I'd want to be responsible for someone dying from how toxic this stuff is! :) Its like a chemical weapon, really.

Oh, I am one of those folks who will go to restaurants with all the different hot sauces and try them all. I didn't think of the legal nonsense associated with selling food. I'm especially curious about the ones labelled extra toxic, hot, killer, etc. because in my opinion they're almost never hot enough. :)

(I've only had one kind of sauce that I ever thought was too hot, and mostly I just HATED the taste: it was called Lucifer's Ass or something like that. It was horrible.)

Ah, well if they're never hot enough for you then you'd love this stuff. I'd probably have to get you to sign a waiver before you ate it though!
You're in the city, right? If so, check out Waterfront Ale house (2nd and 30th). They do (or did) have a big selection of hot sauces. Haven't been there in a while though.

I'm not happy with hot sauce unless I'm crying and blowing my nose and downing glasses of the nearest beverage. lol. Now I seriously want to have some.

Yes, I'm in the city. It's funny you mention that place because my friend says it has the best coleslaw she's ever had. Between that and the hot sauce, I guess I'll have to check it out!

Yep, I'm exactly the same - if I'm not sweating, its not hot enough!

Waterfront has GREAT food. I used to live on 1st and 32nd and ate there all the time. I highly recommend it.

If you really want some of the sauce maybe we can work something out. I'd like someone elses opinion anyway. Email me if you want - nathan@blaneyphoto.com

thats about my definition of what good hot sauce should be. Or jerk chicken or chili.
