Canon EOS 5D Mark II - Looks great!

21 megapixel CMOS sensor (very similar to the sensor in the EOS-1Ds Mark III)

Yeah, I was hoping the same thing. 5fps would have been a reasonable upgrade. Maybe they're trying to get us all to buy one of the Mark II's and a 50D for action...

Yay! Video = bleh.

I'll stick with my 5D until I have the type of income that I can get one of these, but, its nice.

While I NEED a new camera and I'm tempted to jump right in, I'll probably wait until January. If they're releasing it in November that give me a couple months to read up on other peoples experiences. I expect it'll be just as great as the original, but you never know - who expected all the focus problems with the 1D mk III???
